Tailor-Made Policy
Completing the Form
levarTravel offers a personalized travel service, which, as its name indicates, consists in planning tailor-made trips for each traveler according to their wishes. City or country, beach or mountain, budget or luxury, levarTravel adapts to the desires of each one.
The levarTravel team does not work with tour operators and all the plans prepared by the team are unique, exclusive and personalized to the client.
After filling out the form available on our website and the payment of a deposit of 150 € (non-refundable value, to be deducted from the final amount to be paid), the levarTravel team will contact the customer within a maximum of 5 working days by sending a detailed questionnaire via email to present a tailor made travel proposal. The proposal sent by levarTravel to the client may suffer 3 (three) changes, without additional costs.
We emphasize that the sooner you contact our team, the greater the probability of getting better rates in order to reduce the final budget of your trip.
Reservation Processing
levarTravel starts the process of pre-booking the trip, after receiving the first contact from the client when filling out the form and paying a deposit of 150 € (discounted in the final amount to be paid). As mentioned in the point above, the customer will be contacted by our team in order to further detail the experience that the customer wants and dispel any possible questions that may arise, so that we can draw up a first sketch of what the trip will be.
Our team will do extensive and exclusive research to ensure that the client enjoys his experience to the fullest. A proposal will be presented, even if brief, of the trip with a final price estimate. If the client wishes to proceed with the process, and is provided with the complete guide of the trip, levarTravel will charge 50% of the value to be discounted in the final amount to be paid. If the reservation is for more than one person but the itinerary is the same, this amount does not change.
The 50% deposit must be transferred to levartravel's IBAN within 5 working days, sending the customer the respective proof of payment to info@levartravel.pt.
If the customer wants only the preparation of a detailed travel guide will cost 150€. The travel guide will be prepared according to your choices, with important tips on places to explore, gastronomy, accommodation, transport, activities and costs, as well as additional information that we consider relevant so that your experience is unique and authentic. The amount of 150€ will have to be transferred to levartravel's IBAN, with the client sending the respective proof of payment to info@levartravel.pt. The travel guide will be prepared within 10 working days.
Trip Payment
The total payment of the trip - final value and respective deadline - will be indicated to the customer during the process. As mentioned, the deposit of 150€ charged by levarTravel will already be included in the final value presented. For some reason, if the client wants to give up the trip, this value is not refundable.
As an example: The value of the proposal presented by levarTravel is 1.000€, the client has already transferred 150€ of deposit, if he wants to proceed with the booking process he will have to transfer 50% of the value, or 500€ on a date to be agreed. Up to 60 days before the date of travel, the customer must pay the remaining amount, in this case, 350€. The final amount paid of 1,000€ includes everything that the client requested in the previous steps, plus the consulting service of levarTravel.
It is up to levarTravel to make the bookings that the client wants in terms of transport, accommodation, food, extra activities and travel insurance. The visas (if the destination country(ies) so require(s)) are not marked by levarTravel, however will be given all the necessary support, based on our experiences and researches.
